Career Center Services Updates

Career Center services - including Drop-In Advising, one-on-one appointments, and workshops will all be offered virtually and in person.  

For incoming 1st year and transfer students, you will be able to use Handshake as a profile has been created for you 2 weeks after you've submitted your Letter for Intent to Register.  You will need to use your NetID & password to log into your Handshake account.  Please DO NOT create your own Handshake account.

Drop-In Career Advising & Appointments

For a same day, 15-minute in-person Drop-In advising appointment, stop by the Career Center (located in the Career Center Plaza across from Skye Hall and UNLH). For online Drop-In, view our schedule. For online Drop-In, view our schedule (Please only use Web Browser, NOT Handshake App for virtual sign-up).

For full career counseling appointments, click HERE to schedule your appointment via Handshake , call (951) 827-3631, or stop by to schedule. Virtual appointments will continue to be available and in-person appointments can be scheduled on select days.

If your Drop-In session or appointment is Virtual, a Zoom link will be sent to your UCR student e-mail address before the start of your meeting. In person Drop-In and appointments will take place at the Career Center.
